About Emy

I initially started out using IFS as the primary avenue for my own healing, and it changed my life in ways I couldn't have even imagined were possible. A couple years later I discovered the Akashic Records and that, too, changed my life. I have a deep love for both modalities (both for my own life practice and using them with clients), and I especially enjoy weaving the two together. I am passionate about using these modalities to help both myself and my clients become the more authentic, loving version of themselves that they were always meant to be.

My experiential background:​

I have been seeing my own IFS practitioner on a weekly basis since 2022, and I have been reading the Akashic Records since 2023. I have been informally facilitating IFS sessions with friends and colleagues since 2022, and have been formally seeing IFS clients since 2024.
