Session Length & Types

1-hour sessions:

These sessions are available for either IFS sessions, Akashic Record readings, or the combination of IFS and Akashic Records.
For Akashic Record readings you will typically get 2-5 questions answered within the hour, though this may vary.

90-minute sessions:

These sessions are available for either IFS sessions, Akashic Record readings, or the combination of IFS and Akashic Records.
90-minute sessions are especially recommended for clients wanting both IFS and Akashic Records in a session, or for IFS clients whose system benefits from a more relaxed, less rushed session.
For Akashic Record readings you will typically get 3-7 questions answered within the 90 minutes, though this may vary.

All sessions are held over Zoom and I see clients from all over the world. Please note that I am not available on weekends or evenings Central US time.

Rates

In 2022 when I started my own personal IFS journey, I only had access to IFS sessions because I had a practitioner who charged a sliding scale range that I could afford. Because of that, it's important to me that I continue that legacy of giving access to people who would otherwise struggle to afford IFS sessions and Akashic Record readings. At the same time, I have to balance my desire to give back with the practical needs of supporting my family in the area in which I live, which is why my rates are listed as they are.

The lowest tier of my sliding scale is where I wish to give back the most. If you would like to create more open slots for people who need this lowest rate, please consider paying my Pay-It-Forward Rate 1.

My heart goes into every session and I believe everybody deserves access to healing and spiritual guidance regardless of their financial status, and I wish to do my part in contributing to a more equitable society.

Pay-It-Forward Rate 1:

Every client who pays at this rate opens up a slot for someone to pay at the lowest Sliding Scale Rate 1.

Pay-It-Forward Rate 2:

60-min 90-min

Every client who pays at this rate opens up a slot for someone to pay the Sliding Scale Rate 2.

Standard Rate:

60-min 90-min

Client slots at this rate are made possible by clients who pay the Pay-It-Forward Rate 2.

Sliding Scale Rate 1:

Client slots at this rate are made possible by clients who pay the Pay-It-Forward Rate 1.
Clients paying on this sliding scale rate may choose whatever amount within the above range works best for them.
