What is this meeting?
Exploring IFS Through the Lens of the Akashic Records is a recurring Zoom meeting around exploring parts, Self, and all other things related to IFS (Internal Family Systems), through the lens of the Akashic Records. Questions may be asked live during the meeting, or submitted ahead of time.

What are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records is the energetic space that holds all our soul's history. Everything we have ever said, done, experienced, believed, thought, etc., - in all of our lifetimes - is stored there.

What is an Akashic Record reading?
An Akashic Record reading is essentially a conversation between me and the relevant Guides, who are giving their guidance through the wisdom of the Akashic Records. It is very similar to using insight in IFS in that I ask a question, and wait for the answer to come in the form of words, images, emotions, and/or sensations. The information that comes through is always for the highest good of everyone involved.

"Why are the Akashic Records useful in this versus just channeling?" -

"Whose records are you accessing in a group reading?" -

"Do the guides that you're accessing believe in IFS?" -

"What can I do to bring more Self Energy into me?" -

Things to note about this meeting:

Skeptical parts are welcome! Skeptical parts do a great job of keeping us safe and they are welcome in this space.
This meeting will be recorded and clips of the answers will be posted on YouTube and other social media for public viewing. If you have any parts that are camera shy, you are welcome to turn your video off.
If you would like your question to remain anonymous, please submit it ahead of time.
Depending on the number of questions submitted, there may not be time for all questions to be answered.
Not all questions will be appropriate for this group setting or topic. Questions of a more sensitive nature are better suited for private readings.

What kind of questions can be asked?
Do your best to keep your questions open-ended (yes/no questions generally don't work), and please bring questions you are genuinely curious about. They can be around personal trailheads requesting guidance for addressing them, or they can be questions about IFS, and elements of IFS (parts, Self, etc.) more generally. See some examples below.

A few examples of questions that have been asked are:

"What is the definition of Self in the Akashic Records point of view?"
"What happens to parts when we die?"
"How can I bring more Self energy into me?"
"Where do guides come from as we know in IFS?"
"What are some clear signs to know when I, or my client, is in Self?"
"What parts are blocking me from healing depression and feeling fearless?"
"What can they tell me about any parts I may have with beliefs or behaviors that are holding me back from abundance, and any guidance around that?"
"How can we update parts that are stuck in the past in a way that is kind and not too jarring for them?"
